“This is the classic view—most of the people who decide to visit the Prague castle return home with this photo. You can capture all the rooftops of Hradcany, along with views of the Vltava River and its bridges. One of the best times for taking photos is winter, when the rooftops covered in snow make it look like a scene from a fairy tale. How to get there: Take tram 12, 20, 22, or 57. Nearest stop: Malostranské náměstí, plus 10 minutes walking uphill Entrance: Free in the grounds of the castle Insider tips: When you make it to the castle, it is worth exploring the inside; this tour offers great value since it includes entrance to the gorgeous St. Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane, which are quite expensive when buying separately. Also, keep in mind that every hour on the hour it is possible to observe the ceremony of the changing of the guards at the gates of the Prague castle (free for everyone).”

“The most famous bridge in Czech Republic with very rich history. Some tourist attractions are located on the bridge during your walking (e. g. picture painting of your face). In the morning is the best time you can visit :) Breathtaking view to Prague´s castle as well.”

“Many tourists visiting Prague, first of all, go to the Old Town Square to look at the famous astronomical clocks that adorn the building of the city hall. The Prague Eagle or the Prague Chimes have long secured the status of one of the most visited sights of the Czech capital, and even have become a real symbol and pride of Prague since the Middle Ages. ”

“Going up Petrin Hill, you will get to see Prague from 318 meters above sea level, which makes for a great panorama. If you want to get even higher, you can climb the 60 meter-observation tower, little sister to Paris’s Eiffel Tower. Petrin Hill consists of landscaped gardens, so it is quite nice to walk around up there. Alternatively, you can take the Funicular Railway. It’s fun! From this height, some argue that it is the best view in Prague. How to get there: Take tram 6, 9,12, 22, 57, 58, or 59. Nearest stop: Ujezd, plus 10 minutes walking or the Funicular Railway Entrance: 150 CZK/7 USD”

“This square is the commercial and administrative centre of the city as well as the site of important social and historical events. Here you'll find cinemas, theatres, banks, hotels, restaurants, dozens of small and large shops, and administrative centres. The square was created during the founding of the New Town by Charles IV in 1348. Today it is dominated by the National Museum (1885 – 1891) and Josef Václav Myslbek’s statue of the national patron St Wenceslas from 1912.”

“The building is an example of a deconstructivist architecture, with an unusual shape – you can actually see a couple – woman and man dancing together, holding their hands, with a skirt that sways to the music. Words can’t describe it. You have got to see it! On the top floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view of Prague!”
