“Urari (うらり) is a great fish marketplace that has also local vegetable stores located in Misaki Port, Kanagawa Prefecture. Misaki is one of the largest fish port for Tuna. Inside of Urari building, there are 12 stores that sales fresh fishes, especially Tuna products that you can only buy them at this market. Not only the fresh fishes, but also it has a great fish products and seafood as well. This huge market is called Urari. There many local fishers and farmers open direct stores in this place. ”

“Jōgashima Lighthouse (城ヶ島灯台 Jōgashima tōdai) is a lighthouse located on the island of Jōgashima (in Japanese: 城ヶ島) in the city of Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, off the southernmost and western tip of Miura Peninsula, facing Sagami Bay. It is the fourth oldest western style lighthouse to be built in Japan, and the second oldest surviving to the present day.”

“ The chakkirako festival in Misaki is a traditional event held in Miura City and designated as one of the country's important Intangible Cultural Heritage. Girls aged 5 to 12 perform dances to music holding bamboo sticks(“chakkirako”) and fans. There is no established theory for the origin of “Chakkirako”, but it has been performed in the downtown area as a prayer for good catches of fish since the Edo period. Every year many people visit and take photographs of the festival. ”

“Cape Tsurugi (剱崎, Tsurugizaki) is located in Miura Peninsula, Kanagawa. There are many great fishing spot, small beach and park. It is also known as Ken Zaki. Most of the cape is settled by huge rocks which create beautiful landscape. Because it is located the point of facing Tokyo Bay and Sagami Bay, there are many kinds of fish. ”

“Cape Nagatsuro (長津呂崎, nagaturo saki) is one of the small cape of Jogashima island. At Cape Nagatsuro, you can see great view of Pacific Ocean with Izu Peninsula and Mt. Fuji. Especially, the sunset is one of the best you can see in Kanto area. There are many hiking courses, but the cape is mostly slippy rocks. So, you have to pick up your shoes for hiking here. Also, you can enjoy fishing. ”
