The newly renovated Double Eagle Condominiums are great if you want to be close to the slopes and close to town — all at a moderate price! You’re just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of up to nine people. It boasts a large, open living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and a huge LCD TV above it. Or, step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and custom alder cabinets. There is space for 4 people at the dining table and another 4 at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles.

Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

Great condo to stay with 8 people! Walking distance to downtown, walking distance to hiking trails. We were in town for a friend's wedding for 6 days, the double eagle was the perfect fit for our needs. all amenities were top notch and easy access. Can't wait to return in the winter!

Great location! This is a nice and quiet condo in good and clean condition (just renovated!). It's a short 5 min walk to the lift with the possibility to ski back to the residence. Also a 7 min walk to main street, Listing complete and very accurate! We were a party of 7 and we had no problem to fit. We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere thanks to the gas fire place. As described in the listing the table in the living room seems a little small for a condo who can sleep 9 persons but we still managed to have the 7 of us enjoying a fondue together. Management Team is responsive very efficient! You will need to check at a different location but you'll get your keys and the information you need in minutes. We've had a little issue with the pullout sofa in the living room but it has been taking care of in a very professional way.
