The flat is located downtown hipster Vesterbro . Each of 2 rooms has a very good futon sofa, which opens up to become a bed 140 cm wide with a layer of top mattresses under the sheets. If you come two wanting to share a room you can decide yourself which of the rooms you want to sleep in - or split.
A baby cot can be made available. Kindly see photos
Hipster place with outdoor cafes, speciality shops and an easy access to the rest of Copenhagen either walking, or on bicyle, bus, subway or habour boat (ten minutes walk to these transport means). Several shops nearby rent out bicycles so you can try the famous new bicycle bridges across the habour canals, the Snake bridge and the Circle bridge from where you can enter the Christianshavn part of Copenhagen and old Middle Age parts.
Guest have access to the whole apartment. The flat has a small hall as you enter and from there you can enter into one of two rooms (or the bathroom). One of the two rooms faces the inner courtyard with playground, a bit of lawn, benches, bicycle storage, and waste disposal facilities. The other room faces the street which is a dead end street so there is no street noise.
Each of the rooms has a very good sofa, which opens up to become a bed 140 cm wide on which top mattresses, as said, are put. If you come two persons wanting to share a room you can decide yourself which of the rooms you want to sleep in. You may also come as parents with small kids. I have a baby cot in store for use by kids under two. There are bed linen and towels and soap provided and in the kitchen there are dishtowels.
There is a dining table in the room adjoining the kitchen. A child's chair can be set at the table too. In the room facing the street there is a work desk with a laptop connected to a larger screen, which via wifi can stream TV channels live. There is no separate TV in the room as the wifi connection takes care of access to public service (streaming) TV through the computer.
In the kitchen there are various gadgets such as electric kettle, toaster, micro wave as well as spices and oil to use and an iron in the drawer. You can bake bread or cakes using the pots and pans. There is a fridge with a small freezer (below -18). From the kitchen there is a backdoor leading to the inner courtyard described above.
In the bathroom there is soap and shampoo and a hairdryer.

I will most often be present to receive guests and hand over keys and city maps etc and I can easily by phone help guests' inquiries during their stay. If I cannot be there to hand over keys, I use Keykeepers and guests can pick up the keys in a Kiosk/beer bar across the street that opens at 8 am in weekdays and 10 am in weekends.
The location of the flat makes it possible to reach many interesting places on foot. There will be maps of Copenhagen and brochures from Copenhagen Tourist Office available in the apartment. The Subway of Dybbølsgade Station is 8 minutes walk away as is the bus 1A that takes you further downtown. And behind the Fisketorvet Mall the bicyle Snake Bridge starts in parallel to a pedestrian bridge to take you across the water of the inner habour to e.g. the pier from where the habour boat bus departs.
