Located in the prestigious Christie Heights neighborhood on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, this home is spacious and comfortable, offering up-to-date features and amenities (including a private hot tub) and just the right amount of mountain flair. It’s a short stroll to the shuttle to Peak 8 and the slopes or to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street for dining, shopping and more. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is just steps away and in the summer, enjoy the nearby hiking and biking trails!
The living area is illuminated by huge windows featuring a stellar view of Red Mountain. There’s a floor-to-ceiling river-rock gas fireplace, large LCD-TV and DVD player, and plenty of seating for kicking back and spinning powder-day tales. The large wraparound deck off the living room is a great spot for morning coffee or a well-earned afternoon glass of wine. The kitchen is definitely high-end: granite counters, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range, double oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator) and more. The beautiful large dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four at the counter for breakfast and snacks.
Downstairs, your group will enjoy another family/entertainment room for movies or catching the snow report — and outside, your private hot tub will soothe your muscles in preparation for the next morning’s runs! Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.
