On entering the property you will find immediately to your right the main sitting room. This room features traditional shutters on the large sash windows. On pulling the shutters back natural light floods in illuminating this room. This room would be a great place to relax in or perhaps thumb through the latest best seller. The silvery sage walls and the dark hardwood flooring just add to the sense of quality this room exudes. To the rear of the sitting room you will find yourself stood upon the mezzanine balcony. Look down into the kitchen/dining area below or out onto the South facing split level garden/terrace. This mezzanine balcony gives you a real sense of outside/inside living not to mention allowing natural light to seamlessly pass straight through this property from front to back.
Moving down the stairs you are greeted by a very versatile and modern living area. Immediately to the bottom of the stairs is a sofa large enough to accommodate all the family. Fronting the sofa is a state of the art flat screen TV that is flush to the wall it is hung from. Flanking the screen are the B&W surround speakers. Moving through the room towards the centre of this space is the beautifully vast marble topped breakfast bar which is home to the kitchen sink and also houses a wine fridge. Cooks are very well catered for with brand new Miele induction hob and 2 Miele ovens (one also a microwave). As you enter the final phase of this room you will find the dining area which looks out across the garden to the rear. Look up and you will see the glass ceiling and mezzanine balcony of the sitting room above. From this room there is direct access onto the garden to the rear. Tucked away in the corner is the utility room with washer and dryer and adjacent is the WC.
On the first floor is where you will find the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bedroom is reassuringly spacious with an inviting Vi-spring super-king sized bed of the highest quality. A Sonos system controls the integrated ceiling speakers in this room and the master bathroom. The master bathroom is a triumph of design, style and practicality in one tranquil space. Features are the 'his and hers sinks', freestanding bath tub, large walk in shower and mood lighting. The top floor houses 2 further bedrooms and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has double bunk beds (American size), a great space for younger members of the group to unwind in at the end of the day.
