On the ground floor level of the house there is a large living and dining room, elegantly finished with sweeping wooden floors, a crystal chandelier and two original fireplaces of cast iron and slate. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa and chairs with a flat-screen Smart TV with hundreds of cable channels, a blue tooth sound bar with sub woofer, and a remote radio and CD player. At the other end of the room is an elegant dining area with a 6-seater table a library. To the rear of the ground floor you will find a well-finished kitchen and breakfast dining room which leads onto the garden. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with hanging lights and all the necessary facilities for use such as a large fridge plus another large fridge-freezer, microwave, electric twin oven and 5-ring gas cooker. The breakfast dining area is wonderfully decorated with interesting artworks adorning the walls and a large table seating up to eight guests.
From here you can access a lovely garden at the back of the house - ideal for enjoying a drink or breakfast al fresco on a pleasant day. It has a large teak dining table on the stone flagged patio, with 8 chairs and a parasol with night lighting - wonderful in the summer!
There is a convenient Victorian-styled WC powder room on the ground floor.
On the first floor level there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master double bedroom overlooks the garden, has a stylish finish with a large double bed, a white study desk and chairs, modern art works around the walls and lots of drawers and hanging spaces. It's en suite bathroom is recently installed and fitted with a large walk-in shower, underfloor heated ceramic tiling and LED illumiated mirror. Along the hall is the "Narnia Room" which boasts built-in wardrobes, a double bed and unique wall-mounted art above its feature fireplace. It en suite bathroom is recently installed and fitted with a walk-in shower and bathtub, underfloor heated ceramic tiling and LED illuminated mirror. There is also a handy utility room on the first floor with a new large capacity Samsung washing machine and drying facilities equipped with iron and ironing board.
