Upon entering this adorable home, guests will find themselves on the upper floor (raised ground floor) of the property. This consists of a bright modern kitchen, dining room and a living area. The living area is well decorated, light and airy - owing to its large windows. Two well stocked, white bookcases sit either side of the windows and there is a modern flat-screen television. The room boasts a window seat which is perfect for reading or simply relaxing as well as another comfortable sofa, two delightful armchairs and feature fireplace. This great space also offers a single bed. Simply remove the cushions from the bespoke in-built sofa and it transforms into a single bed!
A couple of steps down take you to the dining area complete with a four-seater table. Much like the living area, interesting artwork adorns the walls.
Next to the dining area is the modern kitchen. Dressed in eye-catching red, guests will find everything they'll need to prepare meals at home with appliances including a large fridge/freezer, modern oven and hob, dishwasher... and even surround sound speakers.
Downstairs you'll find two gorgeous bedrooms, the main bathroom and a charming garden.
The master bedroom is generously sized - large enough to boast a free-standing, luxury bath which sits in the grand bay window behind netted curtains. There is a king-sized bed, bookcase and a wall-mounted flat-screen television.
The second double bedroom is beautifully furnished and well decorated. There is a double bed, two bed side tables, a chair, chest of drawers and double patio doors which allow guests access to the small private garden... perfect for the warmer months.
The bathroom has large coloured tiles and beautiful butterflies adorn the walls. There are twin wash basins, a further bath and separate walk-in shower.
This property is opposite a school, so occasionally there are some school children passing during the week.There is single sofabed in the sitting room. Please let your reservations consultant know if you require it to be made up for you during your stay.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
