I'm very sorry to hear that! This is the first time this has happened. The boat only moved to this particular spot at the NDSM Wharf just recently and the market is once a month. We did never have this situation before, so it's a bit of an unlucky set of circumstances. Nevertheless, I'm really sorry this has happened to you since of course, the boat should be reachable any time.
I do hope that we did give you the feeling that Aaron the host is 24/7 reachable by phone if something like this happens. He could have helped you out.
