"Tropic Isles" name of my complex, condo 404 is what I own. It's a 1 bedroom & 1 1/2 bath condo. It's just 1/6 a mile from the Hang Out, WALKING DISTANCE to 'T' at Highway 59, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bobs, Alabama State Pier, Sea and Suds. Watch Parasailing, dolphins swim by & much more from my large balcony.
This 4th floor unit has an extra large balcony and offers a direct view of the beach/Ocean! Also view of the pool is below the balcony. With extra large sliding door to enjoy spectacular views from inside the condo. To enhance your enjoyment we have recently painted, added new refrigerator with ice maker, new flat screen TV's, New microwave, new stove, ceiling fans, and a new 40 gallon water heater. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout including Tiled Balcony. The huge living room has one new queen sleeper sofas 1 sofa and 1 sleeper ottoman with memory foam which can be pulled out into beds. A 42' TV is visible from comfy sectional, dining table and both sofas! A fully equipped kitchen has all you need. 1 full bath with double sinks and tub shower combo plus 1/2 bath All complete with granite and under mount sinks.
Must be over 25 years old to book. You will receive a code 5 days b4 check in. If you buy a parking pass you will see it inside condo when you arrive. Please return it to condo before you depart.

- Condo Association does not allow High-School or College Spring Breakers
