The apartment is only a few minutes away from Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne CBD, Arts Precinct, the Yarra River, and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
The private space is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully decorated and furnished for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. It embodies a contemporary colour scheme which encourages a light-filled overall atmosphere. The bedroom and the living areas are fully carpeted, while the kitchen and bathroom are installed with complementary tiles.
The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, soft pillows, enough wardrobe storage with bronze full-length mirrors, bedside tables, and a lamp.
The kitchen is fully fitted with stove cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, water heater, glass splashback and stone benchtop, along with dining and cooking essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and ladles. Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper are already provided too.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area. A dining table that could comfortably sit 3 people is available.
In the living area, there is a plush 3-seater sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed. There is also a 32" HD TV for entertainment.
The elegant bathroom has the toilet and a spacious, semi-frameless shower area. There is a space underneath the vanity where the hair dryer is stored. The washer and dryer are neatly hidden in the laundry area along the entrance hall. Laundry liquid is also supplied.
Even though the apartment is located in a busy neighbourhood, the double-glazed windows effectively block out city noise, which will allow for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep at night.
Guests are given access to use the appliances and the conveniences provided within the apartment unit.

There is no available car space within the building itself, but there are a lot of paid, secure parking within the area. The nearest one, the Crown Multilevel Parking, is just right next to the building.
The bathroom essentials provided (toilet tissue, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) will only be enough to cover at least the first five nights for three guests.
-For everyone's convenience, all the details about the apartment and your stay (address, Wi-Fi password, check-in and checkout procedures, basic how-to's and troubleshooting) will be sent to you through Airbnb Messages. You must read and confirm that you understand all of it.
- The default check-in is between 2PM-6PM. If you wish to check in after 6PM, there is an additional charge of AUD20 to facilitate the key handover. You need to contact us first and confirm if we can accommodate early or late night check-in before booking.
- You might be required to pick up the keys from an address that is different from your accommodation if you don't make it in time for your agreed check-in or if you are arriving at night. Only one set of keys will be provided.
- Late checkout will be charged AUD8 per hour after 11AM and it is subject to the availability of the apartment during the day. You must let us know if you wish to do this right after you made a booking and before checking in so that we can inform you if it's possible.
-Before checking out, please make sure that there are no food, dirty dishes and kitchen utensils in the sink or on the benchtop. Please treat the space with respect. This entails not leaving the apartment with stains or dirt that would require additional cleaning time. In the event that the cleaner would charge more for cleaning the apartment after you check out, you would be required to pay extra for it. The cleaning fee included in the booking covers only the default steps to prepare the apartment for the next guests. These are change the beddings and towels, take out the rubbish, brush and rinse all wet areas in the bathroom, wipe and dust surfaces and windows, vacuum the floor, and wash and dry the sheets and towels. Anything else on top is considered extra.
-Smoking is not allowed within the apartment and in the building.
-No parties or any events are allowed to be organised and to happen in the apartment unit.
-Bringing in and using illicit drugs in the apartment and the building is prohibited.
-Proper behaviour should always be exercised so that no unnecessary disturbance will be caused to the neighbours.
-When cooking, avoid triggering the fire alarm by always using the exhaust and opening the window. If the fire alarm within the unit is accidentally triggered, DO NOT open the main door. Just open the bedroom door and window and wave a fan or tea towel around the smoke detector.
-Only operate the washer and dryer when in the apartment and never leave them running if the unit will be unattended.
-Guests are expected to give due care when using any of the appliances and amenities in the apartment unit. Any damages caused by not doing so will be claimed from the security deposit.
-There is a $200 AUD replacement fee if the guests lose the keys which will be claimed from the security deposit.
