HK Art Flat is an attractive, bright and artistic apartment in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood of Rome, about 10’ walking from Termini Station (connected with Ciampino and Fiumicino airports by shutlles or trains, approx. 1 h) and 15’ by bus from the Tiburtina Station. The very quiet, first floor apartment looks out onto the stunning Aurelian Walls. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples or for families with children. Close by are all essential services, historical monuments and important archaeological sites. Moreover, the apartment is near public bus and metro stops making it easy to visit the main tourist attractions in the city, many of which can also be reached on foot.
The apartment has one bedroom with one double bed that converts into two singles when required, with en suite bathroom and closet, and a light living room, where a further two people can sleep, with a fitted kitchen and dining room areas.
Hudesa Kaganow is a visual artist, designer and architect of French-Brazilian origins. Since 1999 she has lived and worked in Rome. In January 2016 she decided to combine her artistic activities with accommodation services, creating the HK Art Flat. The apartment is decorated with her own works (that can also be purchased), creating a small art gallery.
