Hi Jerome, While the house manual was not sent to you on the Airbnb platform you were in fact e-mailed the property entry details and address. None of these issues you mentioned were ever brought up during your stay. We would have been happy to address each and everything you mentioned here if you would have just let us know. This is a new rental and we had a newly hired cleaner get this ready for your stay. We apologize for the issues you experienced. As we mentioned through the Airbnb message platform, this is a new rental so we made sure to tell you to please let us know if you need anything or have questions during your stay. The individual upstairs that identified himself as the "resident manager" was actually just a guest staying upstairs. We can only assume he identified himself as such so that he could get you to turn off the fan which it seems needs to be adjusted so that there is no noise made. We are certainly going to address all of these issues you have brought up for future guests but in the future it would be wise for you to let the hosts know of any issues you might have so that the problems can be resolved rather than being upset and leaving a bad review. We would have been happy to address everything you mentioned right away and also would have given you a partial refund if you would have just brought this up at some point during your stay.
