Cosy room + own bathroom in a modern townhouse in the heart of Takapuna for those who enjoy an active lifestyle. Soak in all that Taka has to offer: beach, bars, buses, shops and some of Auckland's best restaurants all within a 2min radius!
In summer the Promenade Terraces are a great base location for your travels around Auckland, and in winter we're close to everything, so you'll never get too wet!
Off-street parking and pool available within the complex for your convenience and leisure.
It's not the biggest space! But it's perfect for people who are going to be out and about, especially couples visiting New Zealand - there's way too much going on in Auckland and New Zealand for you to be indoors!
Room comes equipped with double bed, desk, wardrobe, fan, heater and your own personal bathroom which you don't have to share with anyone else.
Lounge and kitchen access downstairs that you're free to use at any time, especially since we're at work for most of the day. There's a shelf in the pantry and a shelf in the fridge for your own personal use. You also have access to a shared pool (between 9am and 7pm in summer) and parking that's part of this complex.

One (or both!) of us will be here to greet you and help you settle in.
We're social and outgoing, and happy to give advice about the area and getting around Auckland (Anna's a public transport whizz!). We live in the upstairs bedroom on the 3rd storey and often work late, so most of the time you will have the space to yourself.
Unlimited wireless internet, TV in lounge with freeview, parking available, laundry facilities available.
Understandably, no smoking indoors.
Due to Body Corp rules, no hanging washing or clothing outdoors/on your balcony (but there is a dryer for your use).
Please leave the place as you found it and clean up after yourselves (use the dishwasher!), otherwise we're pretty easy going.
*In winter please make sure you have turned your heater off before leaving the house and that you use it responsibly (don't put things on top of it, or put it too close to flammable materials).
Pretty laid back, outgoing dude. Enjoy a tipple or two. Movies, music, arts, culture is my thing really. We can talk Fight Club to Franz Kafka. So if you want to chew the fat over a drink as well then you're more than welcome to stay here! Studied History at the University of Auckland and currently working in marketing. My girlfriend lives here most of the time too. Feel free to get in touch if you want to find out more.
