Our beautiful beachfront house has a fabulous open plan living area with amazing views over the beach and sparkling waters of Jervis Bay. Sitting on the verandah and enjoying the tranquility sometimes briefly interrupted by the regular visiting pod of Dolphins and the resident Pelicans is pure bliss.
Large open space living area and wrap around verandah with views overlooking Jervis Bay...only 10 meters to the beach.
There are reversed air con if needed and an open fire place for cosy winter evenings. There garage has been converted into a rumpus room with Table Tennis, Smart TV and and plenty of DVD's
The TV in Lounge room has FOXTEL with movie/sport channels.
There are 4 Bedrooms;
1 bedroom wiht King size bed with ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with QS bed and ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with QS bed (opposite main bathroom)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
3 Bathrooms (2 ensuites and main bathroom with bath)
1 port a cot and high chair available for the little one.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed and there's a 4 burner BBQ in the back yard.
We provide pods for the Expresso machine but if you run out you can buy more at Woolworth which is approx. 10 min drive away.
Our guest have access to the entire house.

The moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the sparkling waters of Jervis Bay you'll instantly leave the hectic world behind you, it's impossible not to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after your stay in this beautiful serene sanctuary.
We provide linen and towels, which is included in the price, you just need to bring your own beach towels unless specified.
A refundable bond of $400 will be charged for each booking of The Beach House with any damages or excess cleaning deducted at the completion of your stay. Please leave The Beach House tidy. There's strictly no smoking inside the house. Pets are welcome, the main proviso is they stay out of bedrooms, check the lawn and clean up after your dog if needed.
No parties or events.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
