Our true and main goal is to provide you with a EXTRAVAGANT, COMFORTABLE, and CLEAN room to call your home while you are in Phoenix/Tolleson so you can focus on enjoying your vacation and this wonderful city.
We are both very easy going and our goal is to accommodate YOU, our guests. Please see our reviews as it highlights the pride we have as hosts and the commitment we make to you. With that being said, the following HOUSE RULES and FAQs are in place to help the process be enjoyable and seamless from check-in to check-out.
*Before or immediately after booking, please send us a message to tell us a little about yourself and the reason for your visit. This will help us ensure our unit is right for you, help us better accommodate your individual needs, and plan for your arrival.
*GOLDEN RULE: MOST IMPORTANTLY, ENJOY YOUR "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" AND TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOME (or better)!
In some cases we may be able to accommodate an early check in; but this is on a case by case basis and determined by booking schedule. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in due to booking and cleaning schedule, we may be able to have you drop off your luggage while we finish preparing the unit for your check-in. Again, this must be communicated with us ahead of time.
*CHECK-OUTs: Standard Check-Out time is 12pm the day of departure.
*TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: Please communicate your arrival and departure times as soon as travel plans are made. In some circumstances we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out; however, this is dependent on the booking schedule of the room so it is important to communicate travel plans with hosts in advance.
*HOST SCHEDULING: Please keep in mind that we plan our day around your schedule so that you have a quick and smooth check-in. We ask for communication about check in times so that we can make proper arrangements and schedule accordingly; especially important with our work schedules. We ask that you take that into consideration when communicating with us.
*KEYS AND LOCKOUTS: Please take keys with you EVERY time you exit the house. For your safety and security we lock the door even when home . A fee may be charged for lost keys.
*PETS: We do allow pets and the neighborhood is VERY pet friendly. All pets must be housebroken and must not cause any damage or stains in the house. Due to the additional cleaning necessary, we will incorporate an pet cleaning fee so this must be arranged before booking for approval. Guest/pet owners are responsible for any and all damaged (stains or otherwise) caused by pets.
*SMOKING: No Smoking in the house; however, you are more than welcome to smoke outside on our back patio. Please respect this rule or this will terminate your stay immediately with no refund and additional charges to your credit card on file.
*PARTIES/LARGE GROUPS: The space is NOT adequate for hosting large groups or parties.
*EXTRA PEOPLE: An additional nightly charge maybe incurred for any extra guests . If you're occupancy needs change from time of booking to your actual visit, please communicate that change with us and we can discuss payment terms and send a booking alteration.
*UNREGISTERED PEOPLE: Only guests registered at time of reservations or with prior written communication and approval by hosts, are permitted to stay in the house for the duration of your trip.
*CHILDREN/FAMILIES: We are "family friendly" with a few points to consider. Our home is NOT by any means "child proofed". We do ask that all children be supervised by a parent at all times. Also, all children are to be considered as guests when booking. Exceptions to this can be made for infants in which the parents will be supplying the infants bed and linens (travel crib, etc), but please communicate with hosts first. We do NOT have necessary bed/crib and linens for infants.
*HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: Please do not take any of the "permanent" household items without returning before departure. "If you break it, take it, or stain it, you buy it." If something breaks or is damaged, please communicate with us and we can work something out. Most importantly, this will allow us to find a quick solution, repair, or replacement for your stay!
*USAGE: Usage of all snacks, coffee/tea, amenities, paper products and toiletries is expected and encouraged.
*CLEANING: Upon leaving, please return the room as you found it when you arrived. We kindly request that you 1) Tidy up any mess and pick up before leaving; 2) Clean any used dishes, appliances, pots and pans; 3) place all trash in trash cans (don't worry, we will take the trash out).
*AGREEMENT: When booking you are agreeing to the terms set forth in these HOUSE RULES. You acknowledge that the guests are responsible for any damages, broken, or missing items in the unit that occur during your stay. You also release hosts from any and all damages, injuries, and liabilities during your stay.

We are very happy and compassionate people. We enjoy sharing things and talking to people about a variety of things. I have a quick wit and love to laugh about everything under the sun. I personally consider myself spontaneous and I love to travel as well. I am fun loving, but serious when necessary. I have a logical mind but understand and feel emotions as well.
