Guest and Visitor Policy:
•In order to maintain our safe and quiet atmosphere, we value the privacy of our home and have a strict guest/visitor policy on the property. However, we understand that long-term AirBnB guests (registered guests) may want to have visitors. Any visitors other than those registered AirBnB guests in the reservation must be approved by host in writing at least 1 day(24 hours) before arrival. No more than 1 visitor allowed at any time. Visitors must provide a valid ID and contact information. This applies to both short-term day-time and overnight visiting visitors. Guests must accompany all visitors at all times. Absolutely NO visitors are permitted to be alone without registered guest at the residence at any time. Visitors are approved in writing, and there is a 2 night maximum for all visitors. Any visitors who stay an excess amount of time or act inappropriately will be either removed, charged as an additional registered guest ($20/night including all nights), and/or cause the eviction of the original registered guest. Under no circumstance is any person other than registered AirBnB guest allowed to have a key to the premises or know the code to the security. This will result in immediate eviction, and is for the safety of all the occupants on site.
Please understand that this policy is for your safety as well as others. As a host, in the rare occurrence that we will have someone at the house which is not a registered guest, we will be sure to announce any visitors before their arrival.
Thank you so much for considering staying in our home! We hope you love our home as much as we do. If there are any questions, please let us know.
I am available in person if absolutely needed, but I'm available by text/phone/email at any time.
As a host, I pride myself in having a personal welcome for my guests, either by me or someone trusted to show you around. I work full time (and sometimes more), or I'm out and about, but I'm always available on my cell phone and can offer advice about Tulsa and the best places to go IMHO for food, drinks, views, shopping, and live music. My husband and I love to welcome guests into our home, and if there's anything you may need or any questions you have, please let us know!
If there are any special events happening that I know about, I like to give a heads up to my guests so they might find something new or exciting to enjoy.
As a traveler, I like to take in the full experience of being in a new place and will try to see as much as possible. I love meeting new people and getting to know my hosts, but most likely I will be out and and about most of the time taking advantage of the few days I have off of work. At home all day, sometimes 6 days a week, behind a computer, so when I'm traveling I stay away from my phone or electronics as much as possible and try to see the culture around me and enjoy the sights.
I'm a scuba diver, snowboarder, and craft-beer enjoyer!
