This was a great apartment in a perfect location. Very nice view, clean, close to everything in town, and Krakow is a very interesting and beautiful city. The host did a great job of greeting us and went over the top to provide a fruit and cheese plate for our arrival, which we were very appreciative of. Was a very kind gesture. Our only complaint was that I the apartment has a limit on the amount of WIFI usage, which we were not aware of initially. I work from a home office, and WIFI is an imperative tool for me to do that. I had communicated this to Grzegorz, but he didn't say anything about a data limit. Perhaps he just thought it wouldn't be an issue. Either way we ran out of data and I had to work from Mcdonalds for one night. Also we were a little confused with check-out as the add mentioned 10am, however Grzegorz asked what time we anticipated leaving. Originally it was very early as our flight was departing at 6am, however the night prior we learned it was cancelled. We had thought we could stay until at least the posted check out time of 10am, but it seems Grzegorz had already made plans for a new guest and the latest we could leave was 9am. We were disappointed but understood. The morning of departure we were rushing to leave (I had to work from Mcdonalds the night before until 2am, so it was a long night) and were about 10 mins late departing-about 9:10. We wanted to be sure to clean up our dishes, the fridge, and trash so spent the time running around doing those things. My only disappointment was that Grzegorz seemed very annoyed and frustrated that we were there, and although didn't say much, did a lot of huffing and puffing and overly animating his gestures. What someone does when they are angry, but don't say anything, or better described as passive aggressive. He may have just been in a very big hurry, but it made my kids, wife, and myself feel very uncomfortable, and I thought he could have been more professional. However I am willing to accept that maybe this was a cultural difference or a result of a communication problem. Communication too was difficult as I don't speak Polish, and his English skills were limited. Most communication was written and used a translator, in which I think the software would make some mistakes. Overall though it is a very nice place in a great location, but honestly I probably wouldn't stay there again as Grzegorz didn't make us feel very welcome to return.
