Note: Second bathroom, shower and laundry is located in a separate building in the backyard.
You have the whole living space available for the time you're here. One bedroom includes a queen bed and the other bedroom has a king bed or can be made into two singles, depending on your needs.
There is an extra living space that has one single bed. There is one cot for younger children.
Note: There is air conditioning in the living area but not the bedrooms. In the bedrooms there are ceiling fans and we also have floor fans.
Parking space is available on the property .

Please be respectful of our home. We love the area and really would like to share the experience with you.
There will be no smoking in the house or under the palapa's as they are very flammable. Noise will be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.

BATHROOMS - Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. The town's infrastructure doesn't have the ability to breakdown toilet paper. You may also plug the system and you will be responsible for unclogging the piping which will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Garbage bags are provided so you can replace the bathroom garbage to the outside garbage container.
AIR CONDITIONING –Air conditioning is included in the cost of the condominium. However, you are asked to use A/C responsibly. This means turning A/C off when you leave the house and closing all doors and windows when A/C is running. Running A/C with windows and doors open may result in a charge of $50 against the security deposit.
DRINKING WATER: Drinking water is provided. You will be given two 5 gallon containers of water. Please ask the Property Manager for a new bottle of water if you think that you may run out.
MAID SERVICES -- You will be supplied with clean towels and bedding upon your arrival. We have a beautiful laundry room if you need to do extra laundry. If you require extra cleaning services, please negotiate with our Property Manager upon arrival and pay him directly.
Dishes must be washed and put away or left to drain to avoid ants. Excessive cleaning of kitchen can result in a $50 charge against the deposit.
Please leave linens on the beds and keep towels hung up to dry. Please use dark towels for the beach and use white towels only for showers.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $200 is required. The remainder will be returned provided the following provisions are met.
Damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
Linens or other guest activity items are lost or damaged.
Guests are expected to generally leave things in good order. Excessive cleaning on the part of the staff, or the need to paint walls may result in loss of a portion of the deposit.
SUBLEASE RESIDENT agrees not to transfer, assign or sublet the premises or any part thereof.
PETS: No animal, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises, for any amount of time, without obtaining the prior written consent and meeting the requirements of the OWNER. Such consent if granted, shall be revocable at OWNER'S option upon giving a 30 day written notice. In the event laws are passed or permission is granted to have a pet and/or animal of any kind, an additional deposit in the amount of $200 USD shall be required along with additional cleaning fee of $50 USD along with the signing of OWNER'S Pet Agreement. RESIDENT also agrees to carry insurance deemed appropriate by OWNER to cover possible liability and damages that may be caused by such animals.
