Based on email correspondence we did not have a crib requested from you before arrival. After you requested the crib at check in at 4pm, we immediately asked the 1 Hotel to send one up and they stated they would. Around 8pm we received a text from you saying that the crib was never delivered; we called the residence and they told us that they did not have any left. We apologized and offered to have one delivered the very next day by a third party company, but we needed you to fill out a credit card authorization form since you had booked through AirBnB. You told the front desk that you needed the crib right away so you were going to go purchase one.
Regarding the room being dirty and the planks under the bed, we did not receive any complaints during your stay, otherwise we would have addressed the issue right away.
Upon check-in you were told there were issues with the cable, and you were offered an Apple TV, but rescinded when we explained that the televisions were Smart TV's and that you could access Netflix for your children's TV shows. This all happened on your arrival day, and we did not hear back from you with any complaints for the rest of your stay.
