Spend Sundance in a Landmark Historic home 1 block from the Main Street tent and Old Town Sundance hub.
Savor the best of what Park City has to offer by living like a local! Enjoy staying just a 2 minute walk to Main St, with the best shops, restaurants, & nightlife in town.
Get around easily and economically living less than a 5 minute walk to Park City's main transit center; free busses get you to all the resorts and attractions, or drive 5 minutes to PC or Deer Valley, and 10 to Canyons.
There is a very nice king bed in each room, and 2 queen air mattresses, vs stacked bunks that are usually smaller than queens and offer no privacy.
The house is best suited for up 6-8, though I've had 9 of my best friends stay here during Sundance and we made it work.
Massive 8 seat hot tub on back patio is serviced twice a week and there's a cute front porch with chairs and mountain views.
There is parking for 1 SUV out front (requires AWD in winter) and there is additional covered parking right across the street at the China Bridge Parking Lot (free).
You will have access to the entire house except owner's locked storage closet that is such a mess I hate go in there and you would too!

I will 100% be available to help or offer suggestions, and enjoy playing tour guide with fun groups if I'm not traveling.
Please confirm you got in alright and let me know if there are any travel issues I might be able to help with, or anything around the house by calling or txting my cell phone literally any time!
There is a property management company on call if anything needs repair, to help you get settled in the house, transportation to-and-from airport, etc.
Park City is a fun place for people who like to ski and party, as well as for families. Please be smart and responsible, and try your best to treat the place well.
Owner has asthma and severe allergies, so please be considerate and Do Not Smoke inside -- covered front porch and back patio are fair game -- please be respectful of this!
Rule #1 - Enjoy and have fun.
Rule #2 - Let me know ASAP if something seems to be wrong with gas, water, heat; hasn't happened as long as I've owned, but this is best for safety and guest experience
Rule #3 - Safety First on all fronts in the house and on the mountain:).
You are responsible for your own decisions of hucking a cliff or doing a drunken balancing act in the dining room. Just saying, Have fun and be safe!
Super mellow, hard working, lifestyle enthusiast. I love playing outdoors (skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, fly fishing) and going out on the town with friends and family.
Originally from the east coast, I went to school in Colorado and moved to San Francisco for a business opportunity. Moved to Park City in 2015, somewhat for work but mainly for clean mountain air and good times!
Over the year's i've been a great tenant, landlord, host, and guest, in places that offer a tasty cocktail of world-class outdoor fun, mixed with city living at its finest.
