Extra cleaning: If the client wants an extra cleaning during his stay in the property, we just need to schedule according to availability of dates and times. For any extra cleaning will be done the exchange of bed and bath linen. Price: R$ 100 (BRL)

We have the right to cancel the lease without refund of amounts paid by the customer under the following circumstances: excess number of people in the apartment beyond the ceiling limit; excessive disturbance in the neighborhood of the building, organizing parties, illicit drug use.

The customer must inform us about his arrival time and mobile phone contact. Otherwise we will not be able to schedule your check-in.
- Responsibilities and obligations of the client:
The client has full responsibility for the equipment and accessories from the apartment, safety and behavior of people who live or their guests;
The customer has the obligation to comply with regulations and internal rules of the building. Any penalty related to the non compliance, the customer will be charged immediately, the agency may even cancel the contract at any time, even before the expiration of validity;
The owner is not responsible for any personal injury, death or loss, damage or theft to occur;
Policy visits in the apartment: the customer will be fully responsible for the behavior of the same.
