"Beachfront Banyan Estate"
With a total of 10 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 25 guests, the estate is perfect for large groups. The estate sits beachfront in Honolulu with a pool.
The spacious main house contains 5 bedrooms and spans the entire oceanfront portion of the property. The open concept living room, dining and kitchen areas are a sunny gathering space with incredible views via a wall of sliding glass doors, which can be opened completely to let in the sea breeze. There is plenty of seating for everyone at meals, and you will find the two refrigerators a helpful amenity for your group. There is a big gas grill ready to cook up the days catch oceanside, and a pool table is set up for after dinner fun.
Three additional homes are located behind the main house, surrounding the pool area. The Red Ginger is a charming and bright studio with a full kitchen and bath; Garden Cottage has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and overlooks the massive, stunning Banyan tree that lends its name to the estate; the Cabana sits poolside with two bedrooms and two bathroom, one full and the other with a fun outdoor shower. Each home has its own fenced yard, giving all guests on property their own private areas to relax in. In addition, each home on the estate has internet access, a washer and dryer and grill.
The entire property is all yours! No long term tenants or caretakers on property.

We provide guests with a free app that includes driving directions, move in instructions, information about the house and loads of info about our island. We love to share our favorite recommendations with guests, and are available in the office 7 days a week to answer your questions. After hours we use an answering service in case you need reach us about anything urgent.
The state of Hawaii requires that all short term renters pay both the GET and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) on rent and fees, a total of 13.962%. The Airbnb platform does not currently give us the ability to itemize and charge these taxes accurately. We are in contact with Airbnb regarding this, and hope to have the issue fixed soon. In the meantime, after making a reservation all guests will be sent a separate e-contract with house rules, and will be required to pay the taxes using a major credit card. All guests will be required to sign a house rules contract and pay required State of Hawaii taxes prior to arrival. If you do not feel comfortable signing the house rules or paying the taxes outside of the Airbnb website please do not book online.
The house rules are standard, such as no smoking and no pets. One very strictly enforced rule is that we do not permit outside guests, all people on property must be registered. Our homes are intended for the enjoyment of our resident guests and not as a gathering spot for parties or events. This is in order to honor and respect the neighbors - we take pride in being great neighbors! If you would like more information about the rules please request a copy of our full contract before making a reservation.

Hawaii Beach Homes is a family owned business located in Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer a small selection of beach front rentals on the beautiful island of Oahu. Our business started over 35 years ago when our founders fell in love with a beach house on their favorite beach, Laniakea, and were able to purchase it for their family when it finally went on the market. Friends began asking to rent their home when they were not using it, and then other friends began asking them to help take care of beach homes they had purchased. The rest is history.
We are a boutique vacation rental company, and carefully choose each property we take on. All of our owners are part of our Ohana (extended family), and our small staff has spent lots of time in each home. We know every house, beach, and neighborhood well, and love nothing more than helping you choose the perfect spot for your own Ohana. We understand that a trip to Hawaii is an experience of a life time for many of our guests. Our goal is to ensure that you feel truly at home, and that you are able to experience the spirit of Aloha.
