1.Smoking allowed only outside.
2.People on premises not included on rental agreement are the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injury, or illness that occurs while on premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for loss of any belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4.Keep the property and all furnishing in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended use.
6.Pets are only permitted with prior approval and a completed Pet Addendum.
7.Parking – there is room for about 5 vehicles.
8.Housekeeping - cleaning services are not included in the rental rate
9.Storms – if there is a tropical storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of Bolivar Peninsula. 10.Check Out Policy – the guest is responsible for locking all doors and windows at the time of their departure. The guest should turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and appliances. During the summer season, the guest should turn the air conditioner thermostat to eighty degrees. During the colder months, the heater thermostat should be left at fifty degrees when departing. Also, the guest should leave the house clean. Dishes should be washed and put up. The floors should be swept, and trash taken to the outside cans by the street. Kitchen appliances should be wiped off, and wiped out. Please make beds as they were upon check in.
