Altogether an extremely stylish house offering very comfortable accommodation and wonderfully located for all the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Kensington High Street, Kensington Church Street, and Kensington Gardens.
This elegantly decorated and furnished period terraced cottage is wonderfully located being tucked away in this quiet residential street, yet only moments from Kensington High Street. On entering the house there is the dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
The dining room has a pretty bay window, elegant dining table seating 4, decorative fireplace and small flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen which is beautifully fitted and has oven, hob (stove top), microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and good storage. Stairs lead up to the first floor with the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is elegantly furnished with queensize bed, good closet space and large sash window.
The bathroom is very well fitted with bath, shower over tub, wash hand basin and loo. Stairs lead up to the top (second) floor and open straight into the sitting room which is very light and bright with a large sash window and a french door opening onto the pretty roof terrace. The sitting room has sofa, armchair, large wall mounted flatscreen TV, and decorative fireplace.

Located in the heart of Kensington, Hyde Park is home to Kensington Palace (former home of Lady Diana and current home of Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge), and the Diana Memorial fountain.
Swim, boat, cycle, skate, or relax at either of the two cafés within 142 hectares. There are pitches for team games, tennis courts, tracks for horse riding and a spectacular children's playground. You won't be bored here!
Imagine a picturesque stroll through Hyde Park reaching Green Park and Buckingham Palace. From there, you cut across to take afternoon tea at the Ritz. Then walk the Mall or St James Park to Horse Guards Parade, Westminster Abbey and the Palace of Westminster (the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben) on the River Thames.
In the other direction, the Bayswater Road will take you to Notting Hill (location of the Julia Roberts/ Hugh Grant film of the same name) and its fantastic local restaurants and bars, boutique shops, and the famous Portobello Road Market.
All we ask is please treat this as you would treat your home, we put a lot of work into making this as lovely as possible and would like it to stay that way.

I know all about property and the Kensington area, I live nearby and have been involved with all aspects of housing as a property developer. When not in London you will likely find me in the countryside herding ship and working on other projects. I'm a kind Host who enjoys meeting people and making them feel at home.
