Guests have access to upstairs master bedroom with King size bed, loft bedroom with Queen bed (access by permanent wooden ladder only! please take note if this will be a problem for any guests and please check out photos of ladder before booking!), twin size pull out sofa chair, office with iMac and printer, wi-fi, kitchen, great room with sound system, cable & apple tv, upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom both with showers, washer/dryer in basement. South room is not open to guests as it is a working studio for the owner/artist, Rebecca DiDomenico who may, at times, be working in the studio and would also need access to the downstairs bathroom (your space and privacy would be respected, but on the rare occasion the bathroom is needed...). There is a separate entrance and steel door that separates the South studio from the living areas, but guests should be aware that Rebecca may need to be there concurrently.

Rebecca's personal assistant is available to help guests during check in and out, or for emergencies. She will need to meet you upon checking in to hand over keys and go over some intricacies of the building. Once again, Rebecca may need to work in the South Studio during your stay, but you should not notice she is there unless she needs to use the downstairs bathroom.
