It is ideal for professionals having to work in the wider area of the Nothern suburbs, as well as visiting couples, families (with one or two children max) and friends. The flat is new, airy, nicely decorated, modern and clean. Unique flat features include: tiled roof, wooden parquet floor, and slanted ceilings with wooden beams. The bedroom is furnished with a double sofa-bed with an added mattress on top for extra comfort, handmade oriental carpet, side table and large bookcase with a wide variety of books to read. The flat also has a living room (with a confortable double sofa-bed bought from SATO, stylish dining table, bookcases, wardrobe and handmade wool carpets) with an open-plan kitchen, new white cupboards and small fridge. The flat is around 30 sq plus the balconies and WC where table and chairs are fitted so that the guests can bask in the sunlight in warm weather or have dinner/breakfast outside. The bathroom is small but tiled after Italian bath style (with light blue mosaic tiles).
There are Hot water 24h, free Wi-fi, cooking amenities, television, central heating and air-conditioner, as well as a good library with a selection of readings. Shampoo, towels, linen, blankets, kitchen utensils, iron and hairdryer provided. Perfect for 1-2 persons or a small family of three to four, it can also easily accommodate 3 persons.
