Kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster and iron. All major kitchen accessories are available, such as china, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. There is a little portable heater that can also be used just as a fan. There is an immediate garden once you open the doors and the upper terrace and BBQ pit belonging to the main house can be used if not occupied. Lounges are available, towels and sheets provided.
Gated drive way, no stairs and steps to entrance or to apartment. 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk down the hill to supermarket and local beach. 10 minute drive to town.

For your safety and ours we request that you bring a government issued ID with you to verify your identity.
Arrival – Departure:
Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11.00 AM.
For later check-out or earlier check-in, please talk to property manager.
However, there is a late fee of 50$ when guests check in between 6pm and 9pm.
After 9pm, guests have to find different accommodation for the night.
The charge for the first night cannot be refunded.
The property manager has to be notified immediately of any changes due to delays, transportation issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
The failure to do so and the inconvenience this might cause can lead to an additional fee.
In case the guest is not checked out at the appointed date and time, the fee for the additional day is 3 times the normal daily rate. In addition the guest has to carry the rental fees of the guest who’s arrival is now being delayed.
The guest is aware of the short term usage of the property is has no right to occupy the property permanently.
Please contact the property manager 2-3 days before arrival to discuss the meet & greet.
At time of departure the keys will be handed back to the property manager.
Complaints in terms of cleanliness of the property at time of arrival have to be made immediately on the day of the arrival, or in case of a weekend, the next business day. It will then be discussed at the property if an additional cleaning can be approved.
If the guest decides to have the house cleaned again on his /her own terms without approval of the management, the guest has to carry all costs.
There’d be an additional charge for the guest (10/Euro per hr) in case the following chores at time of departure have been neglected by the guest:
-all trash/bottles have to be disposed
-dishes have to be made and put away
-the BBQ has to be clean
-all furniture has to be put back in the original position
-a weekly cleaning if required by the guest
The owner is not responsible of any sort of damage, accidents and injuries the guest might endure during his/her stay.
The usage of the house and ground is at the guest’s own risk.
In case of break ins / electricity failure / waterdamage / noise disturbance by neighbors or construction / storms and other climate and area typical influences by higher power, animals, pollution and other natural causes, the owner is not responsible for loss or impairment of the recreational quality or damage of the guest’s vacation.
Are there any complaints in terms of the property, they have to be reported to the property management within 24 hrs after arrival.
Is there any visible existing damage that is not being reported at time of arrival or 24 hrs thereafter, these damages might have to be carried by the guest.
Care and Maintenance:
The guest is obligated to keep the property clean and intact. In case of damage the property manager has to be notified immediately. If these damages were caused by the guest, he/she has to reimburse the costs.
The guest is responsible for the daily cleaning of the premises.
On the day of departure the house has to be left tidy and in a presentable condition.
The dishes have to be made and put away, the oven and BBQ have to be cleaned.
All trash has to be disposed of.
The guest is responsible for all damage due to neglect of these requirements.
He/she is advised to have proper insurance for rental terms.
