Welcome to LISBON’S HEART OF THE CITY HOME, where you can live in a beautiful restored historic building in the heart of vibrant Lisbon. You will enjoy the hardwood floors, natural light and high ceilings throughout my place.
Two bedrooms, living room plus kitchen and two bathrooms fit nicely into 101 sq. meters of floor space. All your daily needs are provided for. Here’s a brief overview:
# Main bedroom in modern style with large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and private bathroom;
# Living area with a large sofa, dining table, reader’s corner, writer’s desk and street views;
# Second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a window to the street;
# Kitchen - well-equipped;
# Bathroom - apart from the main bedroom’s private bathroom you will have access to a second bathroom; both are functional and with a touch of sophistication.
LISBON’S HEART OF THE CITY HOME includes the following facilities and equipment items:

LISBON’S HEART OF THE CITY HOME situated on the second floor of the building is suitable for up to four guests.
Check-in and checkout are flexible, except when there are a check-in and checkout on the same day. In that case, check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout should be until 11 am. Exceptions from the rule may be agreed on request.
The house is a non-smoking property. The tenant(s) is responsible for all damages to the property caused by them, their family or visitors. During the rental period, the tenant is responsible for securing access, e.g. that doors and windows are properly closed and locked when leaving the house.
The tenant also obliges to keep the house and furnishings neat and clean and to treat all furniture with proper care.
The tenant is not entitled to lodge more individuals, or different individuals, than stated in the rental agreement without the host’s explicit approval. In the case of non-compliance, the host shall have the right to reject these individuals or adjust the rent based on the actual number of guests.
In the interests of local residents and neighbours, the usual noise limits and norms of behaviour for residential areas shall apply. The tenant shall undertake to keep volumes moderate and to respect the customary rest periods. The host are entitled to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, and to demand the guests’ immediate departure if they grossly violate their duties to care for the rental property, especially if they take in other individuals and/or pets, or if they wilfully damage the rental property, or if they otherwise endanger the property or disturb the neighbours with their conduct.
By accepting the booking confirmation, the guest recognises the validity of the booking conditions as binding. For both parties, the place of contractual fulfilment and jurisdiction is the city of Lisbon. Portuguese law applies.
Although I put down certain rules above, I do not expect any trouble. Until now all my guests proved to be very friendly. And what is more: they all enjoyed their stay!
