Fully renovated 360-year-old house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The top floor has a commanding view of the lake and mountains. The long, black bar in the kitchen is the social hub of the house.
350-year old, large rennovated house in the historic village of Gandria on the Swiss-Italian border, with beautiful views of Lake Lugano from every window of the house. The house was the residence of the Swiss painter Fritz Meij(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)).
The house is on three floors, with three bedrooms and three baths plus a guest toilette. The house has a balcony that invites you to spend time outside in summer. The lake is ideal for swimming at any time (50 meters from the house).
The village is very quiet, as it is car-free. Cars are parked outside the village (200m from the house), but you unload 50m from the house. In the village itself, there are four restaurants and a small village shop. Lugano (the center is 4 km away) can be reached by boat and bus.
