Surrounded by waterfalls, kilometers of walking and snowmobile trails, this makes it the perfect place to gather your friends and family for the ultimate reunion and celebration. It is located on a extremely private strip by the lake and is only a few minutes drive to St. Adolphe village, as well as Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, where you can find the best restaurants, boutiques, nordic spa, boat rentals, and skiing. Only 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur and Mont-Tremblant and 1-hour from Montreal.

1. Smoking: Due to potential allergic reactions of future GUESTS and OWNER, smoking is prohibited inside all units and ACCOMMODATION. If you smoke, you must do so outdoors, if allowed and in designated areas and properly dispose of smoking waste. Failure to adhere to no smoking rules will forfeit their Security Deposit and further be assessed for additional cleaning expenses to return the ACCOMMODATION to non-allergic status, at a rate of fifty ($50.00) an hour.
2. All property inside and outdoors of the ACCOMMODATION is privately owned. The OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while GUESTS stay at the ACCOMMODATION or use its facilities. The OWNER of the ACCOMMODATION is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all GUESTS assume the risk of any damage arising from their usage of the ACCOMMODATION by them or their invited GUESTS.
3. Please respect the ACCOMMODATION and all furnishings.
4. Please use appliances for their intended use only. Do not move large furniture around.
5. Pets are NOT allowed, unless formally authorized by RISE AT SUNHILL
6. Parking is limited. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the street.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Maid service can be made available at an extra cost. We suggest that you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. If we conclude that towels were used for the beach, you will be charged $50 per towel. Any missing or damaged towels no matter the size will be charged $50/towel.
8. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the washrooms. No feminine hygiene products or any foreign objects should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or foreign objects have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for all direct and indirect damages.
9. Do not spill oil or grease down the sink or on the ACCOMMODATIONS land.
10. Please turn off all appliances prior to departure.
11. Please ensure that all doors are locked and windows are closed throughout building prior to your departure. If you lock yourself out of the room DO NOT force door open. Please call us to open the door.
12. Upon departure of the ACCOMMODATION, kindly replace belongings that include all indoor/outdoor furniture, decor etc. back to its original location. All kitchen dish ware, utensils etc. should be washed in dishwasher and left clean. Garbage and recycling should be removed from the house and placed in designated garbage bins near the ACCOMMODATION. Please remove all perishable food from the kitchen and refrigerator. An hourly fee of thirty ($30) will be charged if the ACCOMMODATION'S condition is deemed unacceptable.
13. Kindly return all keys. Each key lost will result in a fifty (50$) fee each and will be retained from your initial SECURITY DEPOSIT.
14. We respect our land and surroundings. It is forbidden to cut any trees on the land as firewood even if you deem trees as being dead. Liquidated damages equivalent to the amount or cost of replacing said tree shall be payable by GUEST in such an event.
15. No unauthorized caterer is allowed at the ACCOMMODATION. Only contracted caterers from RISE AT SUNHILL are to be hired. We have the right to refuse the entire reservation in such a case with no refunds.
16. Like everywhere in Quebec, the city requests for noise to be reduced at 23:00.
17. Do not block the driveway at any time.
18. The GUESTS shall not sublet the ACCOMMODATION.
19. The GUESTS shall have no more than the authorized maximum GUESTS reside or sleep at the ACCOMMODATION.
20. GUEST agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the ACCOMMODATION.
21. GUEST shall use the ACCOMMODATION for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
22. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
The GUEST is responsible for his/her own travel/health insurance. Neither the OWNER, nor RISE AT SUNHILL shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the GUEST. If due to circumstances beyond the OWNER’S control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the OWNER is unable to honor this agreement. The SECURITY DEPOSIT and advanced payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the GUEST. The GUEST is responsible for all damages excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit amount.
In the case of a rental cancellation by the GUEST before the taking of possession, the payment reservation remitted by the GUESTS is non-refundable;
RISE AT SUNHILL is strictly an ACCOMMODATION reservation company.
RISE AT SUNHILL releases itself from any indemnity and liability.
RISE AT SUNHILL is not an OWNER or operator, and is not acting as a real estate agent or real estate broker of the ACCOMMODATION or RESORT and does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage and/or control properties. RISE AT SUNHILL responsibilities are limited to facilitating the liaison of OWNER and GUEST, promotion, reservation and availability management of the ACCOMMODATION. The GUEST understands that RISE AT SUNHILL does not act as an insurer. If a GUEST requests a booking and stays at any of our suggested ACCOMMODATIONS , any agreement you enter is between the OWNER and the GUEST and RISE AT SUNHILL is not a party to it.
Likewise, RISE AT SUNHILL assumes no responsibility for any dispute that may take place between the OWNER and a third party in regards to use of the ACCOMMODATION;
RISE AT SUNHILL releases itself from any indemnity and liability.
By signing here below, the GUEST and OWNER agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.
