La Casona comes with a well stocked kitchen (stove, fridge, dishes, coffee maker, and filtered, potable water), 3.5 baths, showers with hot water, a washer, space to hang laundry to dry, a beautiful garden area to relax and enjoy Guatemala's eternal spring, 2 terraces with beautiful views of 3 surrounding volcanoes, and enclosed parking, all on a tranquil, secure street!
Your private room and shared bathroom, as well as full access to common areas, including living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garden area, and parking space, depending on availablility. Additional parking is available on the street which is secure and low traveled.
Wifi is available in living room, or during the day from our offices located directly across the street.

In addition to general needs, our team is available to answer any questions regarding transportation, things to do, places to visit, and help organize tours! De la Gente's offices are directly across the street, with someone available generally between 8:00am-6:00pm, and available by phone outside of those hours.
Please treat this home as you would treat your own. We are an NGO working for the betterment of small farmers and their families. We are using 100% of the funds from Airbnb to contribute to projects and financing for these farmers. We would hope that if something happens, you will notify us immediately. Additionally, no smoking inside the house, and no pets.

Situated at the base of Volcan Agua, just minutes from Antigua, Guatemala, we work with local farmers by offering technical assistance, microfinancing, and markets for their products in the United States, Canada, Guatemala, and Europe.
We are a small office of 7 coffee loving people from the United States, Canada, Scotland, and Guatemala, and we are excited to share our home and town with you.
