A safe and quiet neighborhood in the heart of old-town Englewood offering easy access to the mountains and hot-spots throughout Denver. Highly versatile - fire up the BBQ, stoke the fire pit or kick back in our comfy and eclectic space.
Our inviting garden-level floor has abundant space for working, having light meals and resting. The bedroom is ample in size with a high quality double mattress and plenty of blankets. For extra rejuvenation soak in our extra large bath tub. When the weather permits our outdoor space offers great opportunities to take in the Colorado air. Enjoy a BBQ or drink of choice on the deck with candle light options. In the cool weather stoke up the fire-pit and light the tikki torches. No smoking, though - sorry, we are not 4/20 friendly.
Guests have access to the bedroom, bathroom, living area, and laundry room with a dedicated full refrigerator, microwave and water boiler. Guests should note that the hosts have a 8-month old baby that is generally very well-behaved. However, if hearing the occasional crying might bother you, please bring ear plugs.
Also, during the day the hosts work from home in an office also on the garden level. A nanny takes charge of the baby in the upper level. In short, there will be activity in this house!
For guests that stay a week or longer, we're happy to provide access to the kitchen on the main floor, which is shared with the full-time residents.

Guests should not hesitate to contact either host during their stay with any concerns, questions or requests for recommendations about the local area. We're happy to leave guests to their purposes and ponderings, but equally happy to share a beer or cup of tea.
Contact us immediately if something isn't working, clean or going well so that your experience is flawless and worthy of a 5-star review. We ask that any smoking take place outdoors and that guests treat the space with respect. To keep the carpet in great shape for everyone we ask that guests not wear shoes on it. Because of this you may want to bring house shoes or slippers, but this is completely up to your personal preference. We provide dishes for cooking, tea/coffee and meals. If meals are taken in the downstairs garden-level we only ask that guests do not clean their dishes in the bathroom. No pets, please.
Ever wondered what Mongolian fermented mare's milk tastes like? We can totally tell you. We have studied, toured and even started businesses around the world and recently settled back in our home state of Colorado. We could plan the majority of our lives around intaking different types of liquids - hot tea for reading and relaxing, interesting beer to share with friends and huge quantities of gatorade after a long run or mountain biking trek. Having traveled so much, as hosts we can provide warmth and comfort to a degree that we would always hope for during our journeys. Motto in life: "Let's go exploring." -Bill Watterson
