Huge chicly decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with large private garden/patio and eat-in kitchen on one of the most charming blocks in Brooklyn.
This art filled floor of a brownstone features a large bedroom with its own bathroom, a large living room with a flat screen TV with a Roku (with Netflix and Amazon Prime for you to use) and a large well equipped eat-in kitchen. Out the back door of the kitchen is the private sunfilled patio/back yard. Both bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and the bedroom has an air conditioner.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed as well as a cozy reading chair. The living room couch folds out to a full bed. All linens and towels are provided.
The apartment is right on the border between Prospect Heights and Crown Heights and a block away from the fabulous Franklin Ave strip which features such awesome restaurants as Mayfield, Barbinco and Dutch Boy Burger as well as some of the best bars around. It is also one block away from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the spectacular Brooklyn Museum as well as a short walking distance from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Children's Museum and the bustling scene on Vanderbilt Ave.
It's a 3 minute walk to the 2/3 and 4/5 express trains at Franklin Ave. It's just one stop to the new Barclay's Center on the 4/5 and a quick 30 minute trip to Time's Square on the 2/3.
Guests stay in their own private apartment which is a full floor of the brownstone. They also have access to a private back yard/patio.

We'll be there to greet you and you can call/txt us if you need anything, but otherwise it's your own private apartment.
Please no smoking in the house although you can smoke in the back yard.
The kitchen is well equipped and has some very basic pantry supplies (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, flour) but if your vacation plans include a lot of cooking let me know. It's possible that I could loan you some specific items from my own kitchen.
Feel free to use the outside patio. To be respectful of our neighbors, please keep noise down after 11pm.
We recycle - there's one bin for trash, one bin with a clear bag for bottles and cans and one little bin for cardboard.
Checkout is 11 AM and checkin is 4 PM, but if you let us know your travel plans in advance, we can try to make accommodations.
