Walk to everything in East Nashville's hip neighborhood, Lockeland Springs. Only 6 blocks from Five Points and 2 miles to the pedestrian bridge next to Nissan Stadium (Go Titans!) which is our favorite way to get downtown.
Welcome to our newly restored, enchanting 1940's cottage. We love our home and our neighborhood and know you will, too! We are a few doors down from a fabulous bakery and walking distance to over a dozen of the best restaurants and bars, including Lockeland Table, Mad Donna's, Lipstick Lounge, 5 Points Pizza, Rosepepper and Jeni's Ice Cream. Plus loads of cool shops, two grocery stores and a yoga studio. Half mile away is Five Points, a great area for live music and amazing food. There are four coffee shops within a few blocks: Ugly Mugs, Portland Brew, Bongo Java and The Post-our favorite with it's Bluegrass Brunch. And across from The Post is Olive and Sinclair Chocolate Factory where you can shop or take a $5 tour!
If you are without a car it's a short $6-8 Uber ride to downtown and the Country Music Hall of Fame. There is also a bus stop on the corner across from the bakery. And Little Hollywood is right down the road! If you do have a car there is on street parking available.
Your bedroom has a Queen four poster bed, private bath and of course Netflix and wifi. There is a gourmet kitchen, living/dining room, front and back porch and backyard fire pit. You are welcome to enjoy all areas except our bedroom! Access to washer and dryer can be made available for guests staying a week or more.

This is a lovely and quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors and we are all respectful of each other. No smoking in the house but it is allowed on the back porch and by the fire pit. Even though we love them, there are no animals allowed on the premises because of severe allergies.
We are Lori and Bob from Nashville, TN USA. I am a retired teacher and my husband is a semi retired tradesman. We love music and feel super lucky to live in the best and most walkable neighborhood in Music City.
We love to travel, hike, bike, read, hang out with friends, meet new people, go to concerts and eat! We don't drink and are super tidy.
We travel light, laugh a lot and this is our life motto...DON'T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY!
