Firstly, I would like to say that I was available for communicating with you and answer you in time. You sent me messages around 20:00 asking where to get onions and grocery stores. Even if it is not my concern I went out of my way to reply you quickly and even asked our caretaker to come and take you to the local supermarket. I do not think 1 day with water in the containers can be described as a large portion without water. I am informed you were filling the 2 bathing tabs 3-5 times a day which resulted in our 10.000 Litres water tank running out. After the water was finished in the tank our staff they brought 100 litres of water so that you could have water to use. The next day just before 08:00 am the water tank was filled with water and there was running water in the house again. I therefore, kindly asked you to use the shower instead of filling the bathing tubs so as to save water.I explained that in Harare we do not get water everyday from the local water authority. It might not be necessary information to you but for the local Zimbabweans they understand that water is a scarce commodity in Harare and the whole country in general. Therefore, you should also use the showers instead of filling the bathing tabs every day and many times a day. As written in our house rules the washing machine is available for fee which is $10 including the washing liquids. We had many guests who used the washing machine without complaining about the charges. The other amenities you are referring to like iron I replied you that you can get the iron next day since it was locked in the storeroom. You said yourself that you no longer needed the iron. I think I made it clear to you that our staff can come to the house everyday between 7-12 am to give you what you want. Therefore, you can not say that it was not available. We lock our things in the storeroom for security reasons. There was NO communication challenge but you were not honesty regarding how you wanted to pay the money for the extra days you stayed at our house. I do not think it's a harsh tone to demand the payment for the extra days. We agreed that you were going to pay cash for the extra days to our staff. But you later told our staff that you did not have the cash and you wanted to do a bank transfer. That's when I demanded either you pay cash or pay via Airbnb because you had already stayed 2 nights without paying. Finally, you also broke the garden chair and you never mentioned that despite writing me emails asking for less important things like onions. In addition, you booked our house and use it as an office where many people were coming and leaving our house. It is clearly written here on Airbnb on our listing description that you cannot book the house and use it for other things without an agreement with us. Its also very strange that Dorthe was writing messages but the people at the house were quite and our staff asked them many times if everything is ok. They were saying everything was fine. Therefore, your review is very biased and do not reflect the actual facts which was happening at our house since you did not stay at the house yourself. We hope that Dorthe you will come to Harare and then you can review us whilst you have had an opportunity to stay at our house. Our staff will be looking forward to hosting you.
