In the heart of old Montmartre (Paris 18th), charming renovated studio of 15 sq.m. In the beautiful area of Les abbesses, with 3 subway stations in 10mn walking distance. Quiet street, with every shops needed around, and an amazing view over Paris, Eiffel Tower and Montmartre CImetary. Lots of light all day long!
Fully furnished, with a daily couch sofa-bed for 2 persons, oven, micro-wave, washing-machine, shower, wc (in the corridor and private!) and internet access. Completely renovated in 2012, the space is perfectly thought and you will not feel tight, however its small size. The view helps a lot on it!! Perfect for a couple or 2 friends traveling together.
Nearest subways are :
Place de Clichy (2, 13)
Blanche (2) -> Moulin Rouge
I will let a notice with all informations needed on the area, best bakeries (to my opinion!), cheap shops and my favorite addresses, away from tourists points.
Points to be noted and read carefully before your stay or your booking :
->THE PLACE IS VERY SMALL
->THE SHOWER IS IN THE KITCHEN
->THE TOILETS ARE OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT (PRIVATE)
-> IT IS ON THE 6TH FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR
->the washing/drying machine is not free to use (see rules below)
Beside those points, it is the perfect place to land for you stay, or at least it is for me all year long!
Hope you will enjoy my studio as much as I daily do.
Please note that the washing-dring machine requires high energy to work (almost 3 hours if you wanna dry your clothes) and therefore, I'm asking you to leave a 5€ extra on the table for every machine you want to do. I won't be checking anything, I just trust you to respect it! :)
Interakcija s gostima
The apartment is rent entirely, therefor I won't be there during your stay, and most of the time not in Paris.
Please note that, yes, it is a very small place, and it may even look smaller in real, as the photos are big-eyed shot (airbnb official ones, please look at mine to make an idea).
But this is the space I live in all year-long, that I love and take care of. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do
It is a non-smoking apartment and a small space that requires a regular maintenance.
Toilets are outside the apartment, in the hallway, there are private but sometime I let one of my neighbor use them too. They are however very well maintained and allows a intimacy that parisian small spaces like this usually don't have!
It is strictly forbidden to use the fireplace or candles.
If you'd like to use the washing-machine, I'm asking you to leave a 5€ extra on the table for every machine you want to do. I won't be checking anything, I just trust you to respect it! :)
Please let me know if you break something. No big deal but I need to know it!
