We had a lovely stay with a family of 4 for 5 nights during some lovely warm April weather. Two of us were cycling, and Soller is a great base for a number of different routes - including a boat from the Port to Sa Colobra to start the ascent without first traversing Puig Major, and of course a circuit through Orient which is beautiful, and another via Valldemossa. There is a very good cycle hire shop a 5 minute walk from the house which made collection and drop off easy - just make sure you book in advance.
We thought Toni's place was really exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed for a good stay including Nespreso style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, efficient fridge freezer, hair dryer etc. Good set of kitchen equipment and really lovely garden area for outdoor eating and relaxing.
A supermarket was just a couple of minutes walk away, and the town centre with some good restaurants only 5-10 mins. Whilst the house doesn't have a parking space we found free on-road parking easily - either within 100 metres of the house or sometimes a few minutes walk - but never far.
The house was a little cold on arrival having been closed up we guess for the winter, but the heating worked very well and we only needed to use it at the start of the stay. The pool of course was too cold to use at this time of year, but in summer would be lovely and sheltered.
The only thing we felt could be improved were the quality of the beds - my older children (16 & 20) described these as 'below average' and not so comfortable. But other than that the place was lovely and we had a great stay.
Oh, and communication with Toni was unbelievably quick and easy - top marks there! Thanks very much Toni!
