All our pet friendly cottages are self contained with self check in, have private yards with picnic area, private hot tubs, private campfire area, private entrance and we have always had an extensive cleaning procedure between guest to minimize the risk of spreading of the virus.
This property is perfect you are looking for a quiet relaxing romantic getaway. To ensure all our guest are able to have a quiet and relaxing getaway. We do not allow outside guest on the property, or loud music or parties.
The owners live on the property and we respect our guest privacy and the enjoyment of all our guest. We ask that you also respect ours.
Pet fee is $25 per night per pet

For your safety we have added using a UV-C light to sanitize the cottage after we are done cleaning and disinfecting the cottage.

Located 5 minutes from Bretton Woods Ski Area, The Mount Washington Cog railroad, Crawford Notch hiking trails, 10 minutes to Cannon Mountain ski area and the Franconia hiking trail system. 15 miles from Santa's Village, Six gun city and all other summer attractions. The amenities offered on-site include a hot tub, family outdoor game areas,gas grills, picnic tables, campfire pits, indoor game room with pool, bar, ping pong, air hockey, foos ball, darts, WII game System,library, board games, two TV's, adult only sauna. Less than a mile to a restaurant, deli/ general store, Trading Post with gifts, souvenirs, hiking and camping supplies, and a restaurant.

Golf: The cottage is located within 5 minutes drive from the Bethlehem Country Club, Bethlehem Maplewood Country Club, Mt. Washington Country club and 15 minutes from Waumbek Country Club.

Skiing: Bretton Woods ski area is located 10 minutes from the property, Cannon Mountain ski area 20 minutes and 35 minutes from Loon Mountain ski area and Attitash Ski Area.
Snowmobiling: The Northern White Mountain snowmobile trail system offers 1000 miles of riding north of the Notches. Snowmobile maps with GPS grids are available for purchase at the office. We are located near corridor 11. You may park your trucks and trailers on our property and it has easy in /out access to Rt 3.

Snowmobile rentals are available at the Bretton Woods Station from White Mountain Snowmobile Rental.

We bought this property on 8/31/15 mainly because we love the outdoors. Being lifelong residents of NH and our favorite pastime being hiking and skiing. We couldn't imagine living any where but New Hampshire . Before purchasing this property we traveled all over the world. We took a little of what we learned from all of our favorite host around the world and blended them into our own attentive and personal service, that we now provide to our guest. We live onsite with my mother who has dementia. We are a quiet private family and we respect the privacy of our guest. We want to welcome everyone to enjoy our property, if you are looking for a place to enjoy a quiet relaxing intimate getaway then you have come to the right place. Because we do live onsite we do everything possible to keep it safe for our family but also for our guest.
We purchased this property because my mom could no longer live alone so we needed a home and a business where we could stay home and care for her 24/7 and still keep our family busy. Mom loves the property and our guest, this property keeps her wanting to wake up each and explore each day.
Since we purchased this property we have continued to update and remodel the cottages. Our goal is to bring these 1920's cottages up to date using as much technology as possible but also keeping the charm of the old cottages for our guest to enjoy!

We take pride in personally cleaning our cottages to ensure safety and comfort for our guests.
Our cleaning measures include:
Rigorously cleaning and sanitizing all of the cottages appliances, counters, light switches , floors, linens, furniture, door handles, bathrooms, remotes and keypads etc...
We have chosen to follow the New Hampshire and Lodging and Restaurant Association guidelines for hotel cleaning and sanitation, also added things that apply to our cottages directly. Our three page cleaning list is extensive and time consuming but we know that it is ready for our guest enjoyment.
We clean them personally because we care about the safety of our guest.

Our property is not right for everyone and we do understand that, If you are looking to play loud music, have outside guest visit and/or use the property amenities , party then this is not the right place for you: There are places in the area that do allow parties, loud music and large gatherings, but our cottages are only set up for 2 people and it would not be comfortable situation for you or the other guest on site.
However if you already booked a reservation before reading this, you may cancel and we will give you a full refund prior to arrival. If you have already arrived sorry there will be no refund unless we can rebook the cottage for all remaining nights and there are no damages done to the property.
