First floor has an open concept living room and kitchen with gas fireplace and beautiful deck with private hot tub, grill and beautiful view of mountains and golf course. Bedroom(queen bed) and bath also on first floor.
Upstair has guest bedroom(2 full beds) and guest bath. Master bedroom(king bed) and bath with deck and great views.
Eagle Vail community is 1.5 miles from restuarants, grocery store and anything that you need to for your stay in Colorado.
The golf course is a cross county ski and doggy park in the winter. 1/2 block from duplex is a pond that becomes a neighborhood ice skating and hockey rink in the winter.
Beaver Creek Ski Resort is 3 - 4 miles and Vail is 5-6 miles from duplex.
Great neighborhood and in the middle of everything that there is to do in beautiful Colorado.

While we had some hiccups, things were really great overall for us. The space is great, a bit of privacy, a bit of a loony neighbor and a fantastic hot tub made it an interesting trip! Would absolutely recommend this space and might even come back next year.
