There is a wood burning stove and the first basket of logs is free. A great location for star gazers as Powys one of the lowest light polluted areas in Britain. For the bird watchers, a wide variety of species visible from the front door with Ynyshir RSPB nearby. Great walks for all abilities from the house (OS map and handbook with local walks supplied). Great off road cycle routes, (Dyfi Enduro annual competition attracting over 700 competitors in the area) some more challenging than others. Shed available to securely lock bikes and hose to wash muck off.
Guests with limited mobility; The property is located at the top of a short stone track that can be driven up in the lowest of sports cars. Parking (Up to 6 cars) is approximately 10ft from the main entrance door and onto flat grounds, which is not gated. Please bare this in mind if you have young children or dogs coming to stay. One step needed into the property. Double bedroom with shower en suite on ground floor. There is a key safe located on the property so guests can access the cottage on arrival. The code to the key safe is revealed on confirmation of booking.
