Large 1st floor double bedroom in 1850 Victorian Villa in the city of Brighton & Hove. Less than 3 minutes walk from Hove seafront. The sea can be seen from the house at the end of our road, and we are close to Central Brighton (1.4 miles).
The room overlooks a quiet garden. There is a king size bed with nearby bathroom and shower. Breakfast, tea and coffee provided.
The exceptional position of the villa gives you unique access to many local shops and restaurants and Hove seafront, together with free parking, which is at a premium in this area. The seafront is less than 3 minutes walk and also the local high street with many more shops and numerous eating places. There is a popular Italian restaurant called 'Marroccos' on the seafront which serves great ice cream as well as good seafood and other dishes. Close by is the renowned 'Ginger Pig' gastro pub and and also a recently opened seafood and craft beer gastro pub 'The Urchin'. Brighton centre is around 1.4 miles away and it is a pleasant walk along Hove Lawns and the seafront promenade, passing by the brand new i360 observation tower. The Brighton Centre venue for conferences and concerts is less than 30 minutes stroll. If you prefer buses they are plentiful along Church Road very close by. Hove Railway Station is about 10 minutes walk. Brighton Churchill Square 1.4 miles.
The room is situated on the first floor and with a bathroom on the same floor a few steps away. You will also see us for breakfast on the ground floor in the kitchen with a choice of cereals, bread and fruit plus coffee or tea. Cooked breakfast items on request including 'Full English' (extra £5 per person on weekdays and Sunday).

As we live in a residential neighbourhood we request guests to help with peace and quiet after 10pm and before 6am.

Travelled quite a bit including USA many times. Prefer non fiction books and history books. Share a love of cooking good food with partner, especially organic free range and fresh. Best show "Love' the Cirque de Soleil Beatles show in Las Vegas. Also do a bit of cycling on Brighton's wonderful cycle tracks by the sea and elsewhere.
