Firstly I would like to apologize for the plunge pool not being ready. This was poor communication on our part as staff were not properly informed that the rooftop access was included with your booking. I take full responsibility for this and hope we were able to rectify this situation quickly enough for you.
As for the view, we do have rooms with Panoramic Sea View on our property, and we have an amazing Panoramic Sea View Penthouse, but this is not what you booked. This room only has a partial sea view from the bedrooms, but much better view from the rooftop. We apologize if for some reason you thought differently and will try to make this clearer for the next guest.
Our pick up service is available for guests, and we do clearly wait at the pier holding a sign with your name on it. As I had informed you one week before your arrival, we need to know your travel information at least one day prior to arrival. I was very clear about this in our messaging. Unfortunately you messaged us just a very short time before your arrival with your travel details. This does not give us enough time to arrange this, which is why we make it so clear that we need this information one day before, not the same day. Again, I apologize if for some reason there was miscommunication on this matter.
Overall we hope you enjoyed your stay with us. If you are every back in the area you should try one of our Panoramic Sea View rooms. We would love the opportunity to make up for any of the issues that you had.
