This space is about a 10 minute walk from Jordan station, or about 3-4 minutes from Austin station. It's in a large area of apartment buildings, and while at first it looks a bit run down, you'll discover that this space is overall a good value. We were two friends looking for a longer stay, and having the third bed helped us with organizing our belongings. The space is a little cramped and shabby, but you'll have a tough time finding anything better in HK for the price. There are some good local restaurants for food nearby. Most importantly, the wifi is good (during non peak times). While the hostess who appears to own the space doesn't speak any English, her younger relations helped us enormously and responded almost immediately whenever we contacted them for anything. They were extremely hospitable and kind, and made a good effort to keep the space clean everyday. The beds are pretty uncomfortable, but again -- overall a good value for the location and price range. This is actually a guest house, so expect to share the area with some other travelers (but it never really got noisy or bothersome). This is a good room because of the abundance of natural light from the windows, which many other guesthouse rooms lack entirely. The air conditioning is powerful enough to be straight up cold if you want it. We stayed in some other rooms during our time in Hong Kong and ended up missing this one, even though the overall effect is rustic. As a female traveler walking home alone at night, I never felt that the area was unsafe, and the doorman and hostess always warmly greeted us. Overall, a good stay.
