I rent a small 2,5 room apartment in a quiet courtyard, 39 square meters, located in the heart of Hamburg university district.
Great transport links (bus runs every 3-5 minutes), few minutes to train station Dammtor and into downtown. Great infrastructure: supermarkets, banks, cinema, snack bars, cafes and a 24-hour gas station where you can provide with food/drinks are in the immediate vicinity.
It´s just 10 minutes walk to the famous Schanze/ Schanzenviertel and 15 minutes walk to a gym where you can buy daily tickets (bus is going also from here to directly infront of the gym).
Just 5 minutes walk you find the big park "Planten un Blomen".
The style of the apartment is clean and puristic.
The bedroom has a minimalist design. There is a bed a bookcase. I make space for you in my dressing room and push my own clothes away (PLEASE have respect and do not wear my clothes!) I have two small cupboard with drawer, which I empty for you so you can storage in there your own little things)
In the second room is my desk and some cupboard.
Unfortunately I don´t have a sofa, but I have a folding chair and the chair at my desk and seat cushion.
The kitchen has a small built-in bathtub and an extra sink for brushing teeth and washing is (in addition to the kitchen sink). The kitchen and bathroom are in one room! The small toilet is separate.
Internet is available / music system is available (just bring your own CD´s) as well as a washing machine. There is no TV in the house but you´re welcome to read my books if you leave them at the end of your stay here. Or you can watch on your Labtop internet TV, thats how I do it ;)
The apartment is only awarded to Non smoking!!! (please respect I also don´t want a smoker who smokes outside, as I don´t feel comfortable a smoker sleeps in my bed).
Animals are unfortunately not allowed by manager.
I look forward to guests who want to spend some time in my sweet little home! : )
