The tiny house, which I have affectionately called "My Mini Mobile Cottage" is nestled among several large fir trees to one side, and open field on the other. It is a quite, peaceful place to recharge and renew.
There is a chicken cottage 30 yards behind the people cottage and you may have a wondering visitor who come by and see what has dropped from the bird feeder. I am steps away from “The Kitchen” cooking school which is right across the drive way. This is country living at its finest if you are into trying out the tiny house living experience. If you are looking for a big luxurious bed as a getaway, this is probably not the best place for you.

You will be welcomed by John the owner of the property. He will Check you in and give you the walk through of the Cottage. You will be parking in a grass field so footwear should be appropriate for a walk in the country rather than heels for a more urban environment. You have full access to the Cottage but I would recommend staying on the ground floor if you are not comfortable with ladders, heights, or need to access the bathroom during the night.

Unique features of the tiny house:
*Ceiling clearance in the kitchen is 6’ 4”.
**Climbing in and out of the loft bed on a narrow, steep ladder requires agility and balance. Please see the photos in this listing and consider whether you will be able to climb up and down from the loft without putting yourself in danger. It would be my suggestion that you sleep on the Futon couch on the lower level. There is full bedding provided but you will have to make your own bed. Welcome to tiny house life. I have freshly cleaned sleeping bags in the loft.
***With a Catchment system for rain water I do not drink the faucet water and do not recommend it. I have a large ceramic water container on the counter and provide bottled water to refill it, please use this for drinking.
Other important details:
~Minimum stay: 2-nights.
~Pets: Due to the fact there are Chickens actively eating bugs and stuff all over the property, no pets are allowed.
~No smoking, candles or incense inside the house.
~Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Rates listed are for 2 people.
~Be kind: The house should be left in a reasonable state of tidiness with dishes washed.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the mobile nature of the Mini Mobile Cottage, there are lessened electrical capabilities. Do NOT bring your own hairdryer or high wattage appliance of any sort. A small, low-wattage hair dryer is provided.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, by completing a reservation at the Mini Mobile Cottage through Airbnb, you (and any guests) agree to the following:
You acknowledge that tiny houses are atypical structures and may present hazardous conditions and/or risks including, but not limited to:

-Open-flame cooking on a propane cook top
-Water temperature varies depending on the outside temperature, it can be really hot or if it is really cold outside, not so hot.
~Water is pumped by a 12volt pump like on a boat, they make noise
-Waterless composting toilet that has a fan that runs 24/7 it is pretty silent and is low background noise. You would use this device just like any other device that is labeled as a toilet.
You agree to use the Mini Mobile Cottage responsibly. By completing a reservation through AirBnB, you agree to use the Mini Mobile Cottage and the surrounding property at your own risk. You agree to not hold the homeowner or landowners liable for any injury, damage or loss of property that may occur while on the premises.
