This is a sunny, light flat on the third floor overlooking a spacious park. This apartment is close to Paisley Town Centre which offers leisure and shopping facilities as well as excellent public transport links to Glasgow City Centre and beyond.
Guests will have the entire flat.There is a key box outside the flat for easy access and you will be given the access code by text prior to your arrival.

Check in time is from 3pm and check out is at 10am. The apartment is 2 minutes from the Lagoon Leisure centre, a 5 minute walk to Paisley Abbey and 10 minutes to the town centre. Buses can be caught on nearby Glasgow Road to Paisley and Glasgow. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to Paisley Gilmour Street Rail Station and 10 minutes by taxi to Glasgow airport.
There is also parking on street directly outside the apartment for those who arrive by car.
1. Smoking Policy
In accordance with Scottish Law it is prohibited to smoke or permit smoking inside the building. Anyone found smoking inside will be fined £100 as an additional cleaning charge. Our smoke detectors are triggered by even the tiniest amount of cigarette smoke.
2. No application of hair dye/fake tan.
3. No use of towels to remove make up.
4. We not accept stag/hen parties or bookings of a similar nature. Failure to disclose this information will result in a direct cancellation of your booking.
5. Times of Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is from 3pm and departure time is 10am. This is to allow our cleaner enough time to prepare the apartment before next guests arrive. Thanks for understanding.
6. Early Arrivals and Late Departure.
If you require an earlier check in we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the apartment. Alternatively, we can store your luggage or honor your earlier check in/ late check out subject to availability when arranged in advance.
7. For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited.
8. Losses and Liabilities
You will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that you may cause at the building and to our property, including any items within it. We reserve the right to charge your debit or credit card (before or after your departure) for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged property. We will use our reasonable endeavours to discuss and agree with you any appropriate charge first, but will proceed to charge your debit or credit card if this is not possible. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for guests' cars. Use of our parking spaces is done so at the owner's risk but it is generally very safe.
