This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is well located in Wimbledon Village, on the very edge of Wimbledon Common, only 6 miles from Hyde Park Corner.
As you enter the property, you will find the kitchen to the right and an attractive living area on the left. It is furnished with soft carpeting and comfortable seating arranged in the central area of the room, with an elegant smoked glass dining table for up to 4 people set back on one side. Above that is a wall-bracketed TV.
The adjoining bedroom has two single beds and the comfort of a newly updated en suite bathroom that has a full sized bathtub and overhead shower. There is also a second WC and dressing area located off the reception room. The kitchen is well finished in white cabinets and comes with all the necessary facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and double oven.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
