The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of Lighthouse Mall in the heart of the Umhlanga Village and within 200 meters of the main swimming beach. This vacation rental offers awesome sea views from the apartment.
This luxury self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The apartment comfortably sleeps four people with a King-size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom (which can be converted to king size on request). Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Off the lounge are sliding doors onto the patio with views of the sea. Sit on the patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean whilst enjoying your sundowners or that cup of coffee in the morning. A gas Weber braai (barbeque) is provided on the patio.
The modern kitchen, fitted with granite tops, is beautifully appointed and fully equipped including a microwave over, under counter oven and hob, a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Check in is after 14:00 hours and before 19h00 on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge of R500.00. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure
Do not hang towels or washing over the balcony.
Do not feed the monkeys. When leaving the apartment please ensure that all doors are closed or otherwise the monkeys will come inside and can be quite destructive.
Do not set the air conditioning unit on a temperature of less than 20 degrees centigrade. Please ensure that all windows and doors are closed when using the air conditioner. When leaving the apartment for any length of time, please switch off the air conditioning.
Please consider your neighbours and keep noise levels down after 9.00pm in the evening. Loud music or a blaring TV is not permitted. No noise of any description is permitted after 23:00.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. The washing of dishes, pots and pans is not included in the service of the apartment. It may be possible for you to negotiate a rate with the cleaning maid to do the washing of the dishes for you. This arrangement is entirely between you and the maid.
An inventory of furniture, electrical equipment, utensils, linen etc. that are provided in 506 Lighthouse Mall has been inserted into the Information Directory which may be found in the apartment. Please take the time to check this Inventory Form as you will be held liable for any damaged or missing items. Any missing or damaged items that are noted must be reported to us on the day of arrival.
This is a non smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted on the patio.
