Guests are free to stay within my property. A composite fence sets the boundary with my neighbors property. Your furry friend must stay with boundaries indicated. Guests may only have access to my lane and small side yard. No trespassing sign also sets the boundary for another neighbor, so, it is quite clear where not to stroll.

I have a lockbox and will not always be available to meet my guests. I will provide formation on the kitchen counter top on navigating the home and property.
The lane I live on is congested at the entrance of my lane which includes 2 single family homes that are quite busy in sight/nature ( many vehicles, swing set, etc, and numerous belongings) If guests would be willing to follow further down the lane I own a small and charming Cape with a detached garage that sits on the right hand side in the middle of the lane and my small one level ( ranch style) home sits, privately, at the end.
Maximum guests is 2, as the space is not conducive for anymore guests.
No alcohol or smoking, illegal drugs ( including pot) on the premises.
I ask that guests and their pet stay within my property lines and do not drive over or back onto my neighbors property at anytime. I have plenty of area to park and turn vehicles around on. Stay to my paved lane, then, when both entering or existing the property.
I ask that guests clean up the dog yard after each use and place any doggie bags in the green trash barrel, provided, at the outside entrance of my home. And leashed at all times outside of the home given respect to no trespassing on neighbors land
Please do not cut anything directly on my kitchen countertops. I have provided glass cutting boards and trivets to cut foods and place hot beverages
on. Also do not use any abrasive tools ( Sos or Brillo pads) on ceramic glass top stove
Please leave my home in the manner in which you found it
Guests can leave house key on the kitchen counter at check out or in lock box
A retired veteran who enjoys nature and introspection. I love to read and enjoy solitude.
I laugh lots and cry when necessary. I could not live without organic whole food and nutrient dense, super blue green algae. My partner, Lee ( on the right) and five, large adorable dogs bring me pleasure and joy beyond words, and my first and foremost possibility in life is to bring radiance and grace to all I meet.
I am attentive, kind and generous in nature. I am considerate, and respect others wants and needs.
I value communication and believe through it anything can be resolved and empowered. An attentive soul who wants to support whatever is meaningful to others.
